If you find any defect in your product or maybe there is a mistake in the size or type of the product you ordered online. Please notify us, and send us an email, call, or chat with the online customer agent (Available 24/7) on the web interface with your receipt of the order. Customers can also send photos of the damaged product. The picture will be reviewed immediately. Item can be returned within 12hrs within the company state, while 24hrs outside the state from receipt of order. Returns orders will be attended but note; that every return order may likely take up to 24 hours to work on your complaints. 

When returning an item, it must be in all original packaging and include all of the original delivery accessories or items that came with it. All returns must be done on the same date of purchase. Note; We cannot give refunds or replacements after 24hrs limit has expired. Bmadu believes in customer satisfaction and we are diligent and efficient!
